Physical health: part of health that deals with your body
Tips you can do to stay healthy are:
Encourage your friends and peers to participate in sports, drink water instead of unhealthy drinks, and stay away from junk food (put down the TAKIS) to keep their body healthy. Instead of spending countless hours on electronic devices everyday, spend some time outside.
Our girls and boys soccer team remains undefeated! Go Generals!!
Social health is the part of health that deals with how you interact with others and the relationships you
build with others. To build strong relationships:

Dear RSLA Student,
Avoiding fast food can be difficult. To cut back on fast food you should only eat it if you have no choice. If you decide to eat fast food get a salad or veggie wrap instead of a burger. You can stay healthy by eating better and going outside for 60 minutes of exercise everyday! Visit myplate.gov for more information about healthy eating. I hope this helps!
